Responsible for the digital product strategy for Schwab Bank and Schwab Money Movement products

Accomplishments

  • Led the strategy and program development for Schwab’s digital Money Movement products, working with internal teams to align on the hightest priority efforts. Resulted in an aligned set of program objectives and budget prioritization, currently supporting trillions in transfers annually.
  • Directed a data-driven discovery effort in collaboration with the data science team to analyze client personal finance habits. Discovered an opportunity outside the project's scope and proposed an initiative with a potential revenue impact of millions of dollars per year.
  • Led the creation of a personal finance prototype in a cost-constrained setting, using JTBD framework and weekly ethnographic testing; personally developed mobile prototype with Swift and presented findings to CEO of Bank and the Chief Product Officer.

Responsible for the design, development, and delivery of applications that cross the entire tax portfolio at PwC. Technical environment React, .NET Core, Azure, JavaScript, SQL, Mongo, and Azure Cosmos.

Accomplishments

  • Proposed and led rewrite of the most expensive Cross Tax technology tool. Doubled the reach of the tool in year one while reducing the external costs by over $1M.
  • Successfully led 90-day initiative to improve or retire a difficult product within the Cross Tax portfolio transforming the team and reporting directly to the CIO.
  • Established the Front-End development technology board creating standards for Front-End development and component libraries to enable the Tax development practice.

Accomplishments

  • Led multiple strategic workshops across products with global partners to drive consensus and create vision, product roadmaps, and determine priorities.
  • Delivered a large multi stream project within three months, recruiting over twenty team members in several weeks to meet the deadline.
